Our treatment tariff:
Initial assessment - £110
(plus travel expenses)
Included in the price is
a minimium of 90 minutes face-to-face contact with one of our specialist physiotherapists
an examination of the history of your injury (or illness)
a thorough neurological examination
an assessment of your home environment
a full functional assessment
a discussion of your treatment goals
Physiotherapy treatment - £45 per 30 minutes
(plus travel expenses)
Following your initial assessment you will be offered a tailor-made treatment package with no obligation to proceed. A quote for this will be provided based on the above pro rata fee.
The duration and number of treatment sessions will be dependent on your individual needs, the type of treatment being offered and how your body tends to respond to treatment (i.e. whether you fatigue quickly or are able to tolerate longer sessions). If we can offer longer sessions over fewer appointments we will do so in order to reduce our travel expenses to you. However, please bear in mind that this may not always be possible as we wish you to achieve the best possible outcome from your treatment.
Treatment services other than physiotherapy
e.g. occupational therapy & orthotics
The cost for these services vary and, if required, will be included in the quote for your treatment package.
Please note that if single use items are required during the course of your assessment and treatment these will be charged to you with the exception of items used for neurological examination, surgical gloves and disinfectant wipes.

Travel expenses
These include both mileage and any congestion charges or tolls. Mileage will be charged at the current HM Revenue & Customs approved mileage rate for the first 10 000 miles and, for the purpose of standardisation, will be calculated using and the postcode-to-postcode tool. Please note that our employees and contractors are placed in different parts of the country therefore our postcode will vary. Postcodes will be detailed in any quotations or invoices sent to you.
Non-attendence fees
Please note that if you fail to cancel an appointment at least 4 hours in advance, or you are not at home when we attend for an appointment, a fee of £45, plus travel expenses, is payable.
